Specific Pathways for Integrating Ideological and Political Education into Hospital Clinical Practice Teaching Based on“Clinical Practice Innovation”Model

Abstract: The strategic deployments of the 2Oth National Congress of the Communist Party of China have charted the course for medical education in the new era,explicitly proposing the establishment of a new collaborative education framework integrating ideological and political education with medical education.This study systematically deconstructs the core of clinical practice teaching,condensing clinical training into three essential modules: disease diagnosis and treatment,clinical skill operation,and practical experience.Taking Kolb's experiential leaming model—Concrete Experience (CE),Reflective Observation (RO),Abstract Conceptualization (AC),and Active Experimentation (AE)—as the unifying thread,a tripartite mapping systemand fundamental pathways for ideological education across these modules are established.This framework provides both a theoretical paradigm and a practical template for cultivating outstanding medical talents in the new era,propelling innovation in the ideological paradigm of clinical medical education.
