Abstract： Under the“Healthy China 2O3O” strategy and the accelerated development of marine power，the demand for Marine Pharmacy professionals is surging， making their training pivotal for marine drug research. Current chalenges at Chinese pharmaceutical colleges and universities include unreasonable curriculum design，insuficient practical innovation，unclearroles for on-and of-campus supervisors，and rigid evaluation methods. Taking the Pharmacy specialty of Zhejiang Ocean University as an example，this paper deply explores the training mode of masters of Marine Pharmacy with the characteristics of the East China Sea， proposing to optimize currculum system by adding courses such as Marine Bioresource Utilization and Marine Drug Development Frontiers to better integrate theory and practice，building a collborative platform for“industry，academia，research，and application”to enhance students’practical and innovative abilities through industry-academia cooperatopn，clarifying the roles of on- and of-campus supervisors by establishing a dual-supervisor system that merges academic and industrial experience，and improving outcome evaluation system by introducing diversified indicators and focusing on process and innovation. The training mode of talents of Marine Pharmacy with the characteristics of the East China Sea is formed to provide reference for the cultivation of national professionals in the specialty of Marine Pharmacy.
