Exploration of the Value of Fostering Medical Mentors with the Educator's Spirit from the Perspective ofDeveloping“Four-Virtue"Teachers

Abstract: From the perspective of“four-virtue”teacher development,the spirit of educator is closely aligned with their requirements for teacher development,and cultivating medical mentors with the spirit of educator can notonly empower the construction of the mentor team and realize the ontological value of the spirit,but also promote the development of diversified social undertakings and create value-added effects.In order to realize the educational value of the educator’s spirit to medical mentors,the education intemalization mechanism can be constructed from the five pivotal directions of cognitive deepening,emotional identity, practice strengthening,reflection and adjustment,and incentive guarantee,so as to improve the scientific and technological and humanistic qualities of medical tutors,and laya strong educational foundation forthem to cultivate medical talents with both ability and political integrityand promotethe healthydevelopment of medical careers.
