Abstract: In the context of leading country in education,the cultivation of postdoctors is an important subject in the construction of university faculty.Based on the postdoctoral policies of five coleges and universities and their located provinces,this paper analyzes the policy advantage of postdoctoral team construction. Taking the School of Medicine of a high-level research university incentral China as an example,itanalyzes the advantages and dificulties of the cultivation of postdoctors in Basic Medicine,and explores the cultivation path of postdoctors in Basic Medicine from the aspects of categorized training,interdisciplinary integration training,and optimizing career development support,so as to provide references and thoughts for diversified training of postdoctors in Basic Medicine.
