Application of Anatomy Teaching Combined with Ultrasound Imaging in theTeachingof Head and Neck Diseases forUltrasound Residents

Abstract: Objective To explore the teaching efect of anatomy teaching combined with ultrasound imaging in the teaching of head and neck diseases for residents majoring in Ultrasound.Methods A total of 1OO residents majoring in Ultrasound from September 2O21 to December 2024 at the Ultrasound Department of the Second Affliated Hospital of Xi'an Jiaotong University were selected and randomly divided into the control group 中 )andthe observation group (n=50 ).The control group received traditional ultrasound teaching methods,while the observation group received anatomy combined with ultrasound imaging teaching methods. After one month of study in the head and neck sub specialty group,the two groups underwent theoretical exams,computer operation exams,and questionnaire surveys. Results In terms of the scores of the theoretical exam,the observation group scored 86.OO (80.OO,90.OO) points,while the control group scored 74.5O(70.O0,80.OO) points,and the theoretical exam scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group ). As for the scores of the operation exam,the observation group scored 84.50(78.75,90.00) points,while the control group scored 75.50 (70.00,80.25) points,and the operation exam scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group ( P0.05 ). Conclusion Compared with the traditional teaching method,the teaching method of anatomy combined with ultrasound imaging can help residents beter understand and master the ultrasonic diagnosis of head and neck,stimulate residents’learning interest and improve their academic performance.

头颈疾病涵盖领域广泛,涉及听觉、嗅觉、发声、呼吸和吞咽等器官,解剖部位毗邻颅底、颈部和上纵隔,解剖复杂,位置深在,不易窥见1-2,头颈解剖对大多数住培生是陌生的,学生水平参差不齐3,该部分疾病超声诊断对于住培生是比较难掌握的,尤其是近几年超声除了对甲状腺、颌下腺、腮腺等头颈实质器官的诊断外,还开展了头颈空腔器官的疾病诊断,例如喉、口咽、喉咽、咽旁间隙等[4-5],头颈部狭小的空间结构,复杂抽象的解剖搭错关系,使超声专业住培生难以理解,导致学生学习兴趣缺乏、学习效率低,短时间内难以完成头颈疾病的超声诊断。(剩余8306字)
