Effects of Different Densitiesand Base Fertilizers on Production of Aconitum georgei Comber.

AbstractObjective]InordertostudytheefectsofdensityandbasefertlizerontheyieldandtuberweightofAconiumgeorgeiomber., theappropriatecultivationdensity,aplicationtypeand dosageofbaseferilizer weredetermined.[Method]Orthogonal design L16(44) was usedtstudytsffrtsidsertilpdtilaclCololrtil yield,root multiplication ratio and tuber weight of A ·georgei.[Result]Analysis of variance(ANOVA)on the effects of different factors showed that all four factors had a highly significant influence on the yield of A ·georgei.The order of their impact magnitude was A > C > B > D, suitablelevelsfachftorpromotedldeasefactorAensit)adaiglysigiicantiflueneotberprogatioit, excesivedsitydtseinubrogofctorC(cldiic fertilizer increased the tuber propagation coeficient;factors A,B and C had a highly significant influence on tuber weight,tuber weight decreasedwithcreasingplantingdensityuitableapplicatiooforganicfertilierdcompondfertlricreasdteubereightf A ·georgei.[Conclusion] The optimal treatment combination was 15 cmX15 cm, 450kg/hm2 of compound fertilizer, 45,000kg/hm2 of organic fertilizer and 180kg/hm2 of biological fertilizer.
