AbstractTosstematicalleluciatetehysicoemicalcaracteristisofEMproteinsinplant-athogenicfungiofthgensFusm, focusedon6typicalFusaimspecs toonuctsequeesreeningdharacteriticalysisofEprotes.Intiall,CanddateC proteiequencefromthsesixFusarimspeciswereobtaedbysearchingtePfamdatabaseusingthkeyword“CFEM".Subsequentlyte presencef a“CFEM”domain wasverifiedusingSMART.TheobtainedCFEMproteinsequences werethensystematicallanalyzedusingvariousnlinebEselet(lid hydrophilicityellaocatoducueooaulsicadatotsi cies are predominantly acidic( pI<6.01 ),stable(instabilityindex <40.01 ),andhydrophobic(hydropathicity >0 ).Subcellular localization predictionsevealedtatmostproteisareprimarlylcatedinthplasmamembanitonlyinoritargetigsecificrganlesuchs mitochondria.Secondary structure analysis showed that α -helices and random coils constitute higher proportion,while β -sheets account for less than 4% .All identified proteins contain the conserved CFEM domain and can be clasified into two types:pure CFEMand CFEM + TM ( transmembranedmain).ThCFEdomainithaconservedainoacidlengthrangingbtween6O-66aontais6spacedhighlyoseedcs teine residues,demonstrating a high degree of conservation.
