DENG Zhi-yong,LUOHai-yu,CHENChaoyingetal(CollgeofLifeScience,GuangxiNormalUniversity,Guilin,Guangxi5406) Abstractultioflactf9ntsosdostotsisedeoe rumweredeteiedbygrowthatemetodThsultsshowedthat:IibtionateagainstCeratostispradoaof4plantextractseeboe 60% when their concentration was 10mg/mL .TheywereMicheliaalba( 97.29% ),Ficusabelii( 96.99% ),Chrysanthemumindicum (93.12%) )and Eucalyptus( 74.21% ),and their median effective concentration ( EC50 )were 3.4145,3.5686,3.6186,4.3956 mg/mL,respectively,while the remaining15 plant extracts werebelow 60% .Inhibitionrate against Pestalotiopsis theae of 4 plant extracts were above 60% when their concentration was 10mg/mL .TheywereMicheliaalba( 79.65% ),Ficusabelii 74.12% ),Chrysanthemumindicum( 70.81% )and Eucalyptus ( 64.29% ),and their EC50 were 4.448 5,4.581 2,4.864 7,6.360 6 mg/mL,respectively,while the remaining 15 plant extracts were below 60% .Inhibition rate against Sclerotinia sclerotiorum of 4 plant extracts were above 60% when their concentration was 10 mg/mL.They were Chrysanthemum indicum ( 76.06% ),Eucalyptus( 75.95% ),Micheliaalba( 66.27% )and Ficus abelii ( 65.85% ),and their EC50 were 4.613 6,4.4609,5.163 2,5.511 4 mg/mL,respectively,while the remaining 15 plant extracts were below 60% .The alcohol extracts from Michelibaceddid and Sclerotinia sclerotiorum.
