AbstractIioiofflesatealeigofriloli lengthandlengthofnodalsgmentsinsubculturestageandodalsegmentiductionstageonultiplicationrateadinductionrateofdentitiousbuds,ttsofliinraeesolftddatiateeveidsped bestfactorswerereedouttoestablishghfcydrapidpropatiosysteofZngiberfnaleTeusowdtat4dwas the best seedling age,when the optimum cutting length was 3.0cm ,the multiplication rate was 3.31,and the number of adventitious buds was 4.31;induction rate of adventitious buds of in vitro 49d plantlets was the highest 4-5mm of node segments were the most suitable for induction of adventitious buds,the germination rate reached 100% on the 5th day.This study provides a technical support for micropropagation of Zingiber officinale.
