AbstractBycomparingwiththemaincultivatedvarietsYunyan87andYuyan97intheSouthenAnitobaccoregion,theecologicaladaptabilityofXianganNo.7inthetobacogrowingareaofsoutherAhuiwasstudied.TheresultsshowedthatXiangyanNo.7deter growthpotential,lantheightumberofavestablelavesndighieldpfoacethanteotolvrietyithooicfitf 10 311.71-15186.62 yuan/ ⋅hm2 higher than thecontrol variety.Theresistance to TMVandPVY is comparableto the control variety,whilethe resisncetoactealiltisiiantlyrogtnotolvetyohodisgeraotot theproportionofuetobaccis.24.6pertageotsgranthotrolvaretyXangano7assogoolicaladaptability and can be promoted for planting in the Southern Anhui tobacco rgion.
