Abstract[Objective]To investigate the effects of different mass concentrations of gibberelin ( GA3 )on the elongation of grape inflorescences andfruitquaityiopenfieldcultivation.Method]Using4-yearoldMH2andMZ3plantsasmaterials,diferentmassconcentrationsof GA3 weresprayedontheentireinfloresencewhen5-6newleaveswereslightlyexpanded(15daysbforefowering).Result]Theearlengthf MH2 was the longest when the mass concentration of GA3 was 6mg/L and the ear length of MZ3 was the longest when the mass concentration of GA3 was 5mg/L . Different concentrations of GA3 could enhance the intrinsic quality of grape.[Conclusion] Considering the principles of safe production and various grape quality factors,it is recommended that the appropriate mass concentration of GA3 for the MH2 inflorescence elongation treatment is 6-7mg/L ,and for the MZ3 inflorescence elongation treatment,the appropriate mass concentration of gibberelin is 5- (204 6mg/L

MH2和MZ3为天津市农业科学院选育的葡萄新品种优系,MH2与MZ3的果穗均呈圆锥形,果粒之间生长紧密,果实易受到挤压导致变形甚至破裂腐烂,使品质受损,同时增加人力拣选成本。(剩余7867字)
