The Control Effect of Different Nematicides on Root-knot Nematodes in Angelica sinensis Seedlings YANGLi-fen，WANGLin-peng，DUANYan-junetal（DaliBaiAutonomousPrefectureAcademyofAgriculturalSciencesandExtension，Dali，Yunnan ）

AbstractIndertchefetivepreventidotrlofot-kntematediseaseinebedingprocesofAngelicsisd lings，this study selected three nematicides： 98% cotton soil fumigant， 5% Avermectin missible oil +20% Fosthiazate Emulsion in Water，microbial agent （Trichoderma longibrachiatum·Purpureocillum lilacinum powder effective viable fungal count ⩾200.0 million/g）to treat diseasedsoildlodrtsoftsfestodgel ca sinensis seedlings.The results showed that 5% Avermectin missible oil +20% Fosthiazate Emulsion in Water applied at 15 000g/hm2 had the most significant control effct on root-knot nematode，and the control effect was 95.07% . There was no significant difference in agronomic traitsetweenAgelcsinsintratediaiddtrolchdlingeeatelatightis nomenon of medicinal harm，and it does not affect the normal growth of Angelica sinensis plants.
