AbstractWeidentiedandcharacterizedtheCqHSP2Ogenefamilyinquinoabasedongenome-wideanalysis.Atotalof83putativeCqH(204号 SP20 genes wereobtainedinquinoa.Phylogeneticanalysis indicatedthatCqHSP2Osweregroupedinto7subfamilies.Theduplicatedeventanalysis demonstrated that tandem duplication (21.3%) )and segment duplication ( 56.3% )events played crucial roles in promoting the expansionoftheCqH2genfilyTetranseriptoeanalysisshowedtat35ofthe83CHPOgesrespondedtoatstressintoroot, with18CqHSP0genesbeingsignificantlyupregulatedand18CqHSP2Ogenesbeingsignificantlydoweglated.Furtherore,7ofthe8 CqHSP20genesrespondedtodrouhtsres inotorshoot,7CqHSP0genesrespondedtolowpospousstressad1CqHP2gesre sponded to salt stress.
