Efects of Combined Application of Soil Conditioner and Inoculants on Soil Properties and Tobacco Growth

[Method]Apoteeritsodudiighttreamtsdcaios,cudgrtili),tiatl tion(T2),conventional fertilization + powder conditioner(T3),conventional fertilization + powder conditioner + composite bacteria(T4), conventional fertilization+powder conditioner + photosynthetic bacteria(T5),conventional fertilization + granular conditioner(T6),conventional fertilization+granular conditioner + compositebacteria(T7),conventional fertilization + granular conditioner + photosynthetic bacteria (T8). Samples were colected at jointing,late topping and mature stage to observe the response of rhizosphere pH ,agronomic traits, biological quality,mieralrgedrogcoetfbaccoeftosadolantssulAtigetegof zosphere soil was under T4. At late topping stage,the pH of rhizosphere soil increased to the highest value. The rhizosphere ammonium nitrogen content decreased under T4 and T5 by 37.6% and 19.9% relative to the ′I2 ,and by 38.9% and 22.9% relative to the T3,respectively. Granularconditiorpromotedefatiodcuulatiooftraterogninteshendteoiedalicatiooflo ditionerandioulantssowdegistictreengtTeotalaontofarenieseateateoing stage was in the order of T8>T7>T4>T6>T5>T3>T2>T1 , while it was T2>T1>T5>T4>T3>T7>T8>T6 at mature stage.
