动物生物化学课程研究性教学改革实践

AbstractTo cultivate interdisciplinary talents,the keyaspects thatrequiredatention in the conventionalteaching of the Animal Biochemistry course were analyzed in this paper; these aspects mainly included insuficient learning initiativeamong students,weak cultivationof researchcapabilitiesand experimental skills,and inadequate application of information-based teaching methods.Centering on thecore objectives ofthe course,aresearch-oriented teaching reform was designed and implemented.With studentsas the focus,thereform systematicallyoptimized the teaching process through strategies such asconstructing problem-oriented teaching,promotingthetransformationof experimental teaching fromverification to inquiry,applying information-based tols likevirtual laboratoriesand AlphaFold2,and establishing a diversified evaluation systemconsisting of final examresults,experimental performance,clasroom participation,and scientificresearchreports.Efect evaluation shows thatafter thereform,students’final academic scores have significantlyimproved,especiallyincomprehensiveapplicationquestions;their scientificresearch literacy hasbeen notably enhanced,with some students completing small-scale scientific research projects and winning university-levelandprovincial-levelcompetitionawards;their independentlearningabilityhasbengreatlyimproved, and more than 80% of students recognize the reform'srole in enhancing independent learning skills.In conclusion,this research-oriented teaching reform effctively promotes the transformation of students from“pasive acceptance”to “active inquiry”,realizes the organic integrationof teaching and scientific research.This paperprovidesareference for the teaching reform of related courses.
