小麦种子药剂处理对其出苗及病虫害防治的影响

AbstractTo select safe and efficient wheat seed treatment agents,the Zhenmai 12 was used as the test material and 5agents were selected, including 27% difenoconazole·fludioxonil·thiamethoxam FS,with 6 treatments designed as follows: 27% difenoconazole·fludioxonil ⋅ thiamethoxam FSat 6mL/kg (treatment 1), 32% tebuconazole·imidacloprid FLS at 7 mL/kg (treatment 2), 11% pyraclostrobin·triticonazole FLS at 0.75mL/kg (treatment 3), 24% difenoconazole·fludioxonil·thiamethoxam FS at 1O mL/kg (treatment 4), 5% tebuconazole FSC at O.8 mL/kg (treatment 5),and an untreated control (CK). Wheat emergence time,emergence rate,as wellas the occurrnce of aphids and sharp eyespot ineach treatmentwereinvestigated,andthecontroleficacyof theagents wascalculated.Theresultsshowedthatall5 agents prolonged wheat emergence timeby1-2 days. Compared with CK,treatment 3 significantly improved the emergence rate 15 days after sowing,and the difference compared with CK was statistically significant ( P <0.05), while no statistically significant differences ( P>0.05 )were observed between the other treatments and CK.For wheat aphids, treatment1 demonstrated the highest control ficacy,followedby treatments2 and4.For wheat sharp eyespot, treatment 1 also showed the best control efficacy,followed by Treatment 4.In conclusion, 27% difenoconazole·fludioxonil·thiamethoxam FS (treatment 1) hadarelativelysmallimpact onwheat emergence time,improved the emergencerate to acertain extent,and effctively controlledboth wheataphids and sharp eyespot,making it suitable for promotion and application as a wheat seed treatment agent.
