椰糠基质对设施番茄产量和品质的提升效应研究

AbstractToclarifytheeffects of diffrentcultivation substrates on theyieldand qualityoffacility tomatoesand determine the optimal cultivationsubstrate for facility tomatoplanting andproduction,this studyused Provence tomatoesas the experimental material adopteda single-factorrandomized block design,and setup4 cultivation substrates,namelypeatsubstrate(CK),expandedvermiculite substrate (T1),coirsubstrate (T2),and desaltedcoir substrate (T3).Theaverage singlefruit weight,average singleplant yield,aswellasthecontents ofvitamin C,soluble sugarand nitrate in thefruits offacility tomatoes under differentcultivation substrate treatments were determined.The resultsindicatedthatdiferentcultivationsubstrate treatmentsould significantlyaffectthe formationof tomatoyield andqualityinfacilities.Among them,theaveragesinglefruit weight,averagesingleplanttomatoyield,vitaminC content in fruits and soluble sugar content of tomatoes under T3 treatment were the highest,which were 282.59 g, 9.96 kg,22.96 mg/100 and 16.17% respectively.The nitrate content was the lowest,at 3.27 mg/kg.In conclusion, the yieldis the highestand thequalityis thebestunder thetreatmentofdesaltedcoir substrate.Insummary,under the conditions of this experiment,using thissubstrate toreplace peat substrateisconducive totheimprovementof tomato yield and quality.This article providesareference for the development of green,scientific and high quality tomato cultivation in relevant regions.
