AbstractBased on the current occurrence status of Bemisia tabaci in Linquan County，Anhui Province，the reasons forits large-scale prevalence inthe area were analyzed and integrated control measures were proposed.Since 2O19，massive occurrences of B .tabaci have been monitored on vegetables，watermelons，soybeans，and other crops in the study area.The pest completes1O-13 generationsperyear，with significant generational overlap.Egg-laying begins inmid-to-late March， and the population peaks between Julyand September.Favorable climatic conditions，extensivecultivation of landscape seedlings，flowers，andvegetables，sellastepst’srongadaptabilityighreproductivecapacityandmgratoyblity havecolectivelycontributedtoits widespreadoccurrence.Inpractice，concentratedcontrol efortsshouldbecarriedout between Apriland Mayeachyear.Foragriculturalcontrol，environmentalsanitation measuressuchasclearing cropresidues and utilizing straw for silage can eliminate breeding sites.Physical control methods include placing sticky traps （ 450- （20 600 traps/hm2）combined withLEDplasticcuptraps toatractandkilladults，aswellasinstalling 40-6Omesh insectproof netstoblockmigration.Forbiologicalcontrol，naturalenemiessuchasEncarsiaformosaandOriussautericanbeeleased， supplemented by the application of bio-pesticides like matrine and Beauveria bassiana.Chemical controlcan involve targeted application of agents such as cyantraniliprole and nitenpyram.Throughthe implementation of these measures， effective control of B.tabaci can be achieved. This study provides a reference for the control of B . tabaci in related regions.
