AbstractBased on the current stateof animal husbandry development andthe characteristicsof the grassland ecosystem in Xinjiang，theinteractiverelationshipand coordinated development strategies between the two were analyzed.Inrecentyears，drivenbyindustrialsupportandtechnological innovation，animal husbandryinthestudyarea hasshown positivedevelopment trends.However，its reliance on forage resources，coupled withovergrazingand climate change，has exacerbated the risk of grassandecosystem degradation.Animal husbandry depends on theresources providedbythegrassland，whileitsdevelopment modesaffct grassandhealth，creating arelationshipof mutual dependence and constraint.Accordingly，strategies for coordinated development are proposed from the perspectives of disciplinary development，marketand economic development，engineering measures and industrial support，as wellas culturalandqualitydevelopment.Intermsof disciplinarydevelopment，fostering interdisciplinary talentingrasland science，animalhusbandry，and ecologythroughdisciplinaryconstruction promotes greenand eco-friendlydevelopment of animal husbandry.Regarding market and economic development，industrial upgrading，diversified income sources， andsustainable resource utilization are suggested to foster cordinated regional economic growth.For enginering measuresand industrial support，ecologicallyprotective measures suchaseconomiccompensation，scientific and technologicalsupport，and industrial transformationare proposedtobalance grassandecosystemhealthwith sustainable animal husbandry.In grassland culture and herders’skilsdevelopment， integrating cultural education，legal safeguards，and modern management to raise herders’awareness and pride in grassland culture，thereby motivating them to protectthe grassland ecosystem.Byadopting scientific management，long-term planning，and market alignment， herderscan achievea balance between livestock and grassand，improve product quality，and increase income， ultimatelypromoting the coordinated development of the grassland ecosystem and animal husbandry.Thisstudy provides a reference for harmonizing ecological conservation with animal husbandry development.
