AbstractThe Yinxiang 38 was used as the test subject inthis study,four treatments were set up:treatment 1( 50% pretilachlor EC at 1 500mL/m2 ),treatment2( 50% pretilachlor EC at 1800mL/m2 ),treatment3( 41% flufenacet SC at 150mL/m2 ),andtreatment4( 41% flufenacet SC at 180mL/m2 ),with clear water asthe blank control.Under 3 environmentalconditionssuchasindoorpot,simulatedfieldmicroclimate,andfield,theeficacyandsafetyofdifrent treatmentsonricegrowth werecompared.Theresultsshowed that inthe pot experiment,alltreatments demonstrated high control efects against weed rice14dafterapplication.Inthesimulated field microclimate experiment,thecontrol effcts of treatments1and2was significantlylowerthan thatofthepot experiment14dafter application.However,the declinein thecontrolefectof treatments 3and4 was relativelysmallcomparedtothe pottest,theystillmaintaineda relatively highcontrol effectsand were significantly better thanthoseof treatments1and2.Thediferences compared with treatments 1 and 2 were statistically significant( P <0.05).In the field control experiment,there were statistically significant differences between treatments 3 and 4and treatments 1 and 2 at 14 and 21 d after medication ( P <0.05). In termsof thesafetyof rice growth,treament1,2,3and4hadnosignificantefectongrowth indicatorssuchasleaf age and stemtilernumberof rice.However,the plantheight increments of treatments 3and4 were significantlydiferent from those in the blank area P<0.05) ,indicating that 50% pretilachlor EC had better safety for rice and could reduce the damage to rice in production applications,while 41% flufenacet SC had an impact on the normal growth of seedling heightatthe experimental dose.Comprehensive analysisshowed thatboth pretilachlorand flufenacet could be used to control weeds in rice fields,and flufenacet could be usedas an efficient agentto control weeds in rice fields.
