AbstractTo constructan evaluationindicatorsystem for the digital literacyof new agricultural management subjects,this paper uses the Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process(FAHP) to calculate the weight ofeach indicator and establishesan evaluation index system.This system covers 6dimensions,including the information and data domain, communication and collaboration domain,content creation domain,security awareness domain,problem-solving domain,and profesional skills domain,as wellas17sub-indicators.Theresults showthatamong the first-level indicators,theproblem-solvingdomainhasthehighestweight (O.194);theinformationanddatadomain, communication and collaborationdomain,andprofessional skillsdomainallhaveaweight of O.173;andthesecurity awareness domainand contentcreation domainhave weightsofO.15OandO.137respectively.The weight rankingof all second-level indicators is in line with thedigitalneeds ofnew agricultural managementsubjects (intheproblemsolvingdomain,theweightofproblemidentificationabilityishigherthan thatof problem-solvingability;inthe securityawareness domain,the weightof privacysecurityprotection is thehighest),andallweights have passed the consistencytest.This evaluation index system can provide a reference for cultivating and assessing thedigital literacy of new agricultural management subjects,and actively guide them to improve their innovation capabilities.
