Exploration on hierarchical and clasified management of agricultural-related university laboratoriesbased on hazard identification

AbstractTo improve the scientificityoflaboratorysafetymanagementandtheabilityofrisk preventionand control， this paper focuses ontheproblems existing insome laboratoriesofagricultural-relatedcolleges and universities，such as inconsistentstandardsforsafetyriskassessmentmethods，inadequateimplementationofsystems，andnon-standardsafety informationsigns.Itlassifiesboratoryardsintoveategoies：chemical，ological，dation，elctromehaical， and other hazards.A risk scoring standard is developed based on a 50m2 benchmark，and risks are divided into 4 levels through cumulative scoring.Aditionally，anidentification processconsistingof“collge self-assessment-experteview - university final approval”is constructed.Supporting measures include a multi-level inspectionsystem，adynamic adjustment mechanism for hazards，anda diferentiated training andaccesssystem.These measures clarify the characteristicsof hazards invarious typesof laboratoriesandthe management requirements for diferentrisk levels， realizing closed-loop managementof potential hazards.Toa certainextent，thissystem addresss isuessuchas ambiguous management responsibilities and insuficientsupervision in laboratoriesof agricultural-related collges and universities，enhances riskpreventionandcontrolcapabilities，nd ensures thesafetyof teachers and students.This paper providesareference for the refined managementoflaboratories inagricultural-related collges and universities.
