AbstractLyunuo No.3 is amedium-japonica type conventional glutinous rice variety bred from Xiangnuo 2402 as thefemale parentand Wuyunuo16asthe maleparent.Itshigh yieldcultivation techniques basedonitscharacteristics and performance were summarized in the Huangshan City，Anhui Province.From 2022 to 2O24，this variety performance in the studyarea was stable，withafullgrowth periodof146-150days anda yield ranging from7.38 to 7.67t/hm2.The highyield cultivation techniques included seed treatment such assunning，disinfecting，andsoaking；timely and appropriate sowing along with enhanced fertilizer and water management as wellas pest，disease，and weed control in theseedling field;landpreparationandapplicationofbase fertilizer，involving mechanicalplowingandsufficient application of organicandcompound fertilizers;rational denseplanting （row spacingof 23cmX17cm）;scientific fertilizationduring the field growth period （timelyandappropriateapplicationofbase fertilizer，green-recovering fertilizer，tilleringfertilizer，flower-promotingfertilizer，andfoliarfertilizer）;irrigation （followingtheprinciplesof shallow waterfor green recovery，thin water for tilering，sun-drying for tiler control，and alternating dryand wet conditios for strong grains）; integrateddiseaseand pestcontrol （combiningchemical agentsand physical trapping for key pests and diseases atdiferent growth stages）;and timely harvesting （the grains had hardened which wascarriedout whenthericewas fully mature）.This study providesareferencefor thefurtherpromotionand cultivationofLyunuo No.3.
