Abstract： Highervocationalcollgesareoneof theimportantpositionsforcultivatingacultureofintegrity，shoulderingthemissionofnurturingsuchaculture.Inthecontextofthenewera，thecultivationofanintegritycultureinhighervocationalcollges holdssignificant theoretical valueandpractical significance.Thispaperemploysmethodssuchas lieratureanalysis，historicalre searchdecalestemticallploeuaospdgdsifio cultivatinganintegiyultureinighrvoationalclges.Systematicresearchasrevealedthatteultivationofanintegitycultureinhighereducationisitutiosfacsisuessuchsteneedtoimproveokingmechasms，deepeneducatioaloti vatemethods，ndstrengtenifrastructure.Itismperativetohanceteivationofanintegritycultureinghervocatialcolleges，whichrequiresconcertedefortsfrommultiplefronts，incuding"institutionalleadership，classoomgudane，enviotal creation，andactivityriveninitiatives".uldingacomprehensivesystemforcultivatinganintegityculturethatinvolesalle bers，processsandaspctswillelpururegneratioshoupholdintegityandgoodnes，osteraleanandpsiieampus culture，and cultivate a social atmosphere characterized by integrity and uprightness.
