Research on the Current Preservation Status and Countermeasure Analysis of Paper Cultural Relics in the Collections of Shandong Province

Abstract: Therearealarge numberof paper culturalrelics inthecollctions of Sandong Province with rich varieties,whichare importantcarriersforstudyingthehistoricalandCulturaldevelopmentcontextofQilu.Systematicallystudyingthecurentstatusof paperulturalrelicspresevatioinShadong'solectionisotolyaurgentndtosafeguardlocalculturaltreasures,utalsoan importanttasktopromoteteteoreticalandpracticaldevelopmentofulturalelicsprotectiodisciplinesinChina.Tispaperfo cusesonthepaperculturalrelicsinthecollectionsof Shandong Provinceandconductsacomprehensivesurveyof176state-owned culturalandmuseminstitutionsbyusingtesatisticalsurveymethod.Itisfoundthattereareproblemssuchasteprominenttalentshortage,unbalancedrsoucedistribuon,oviousgradediference,ndlackofsientificvaluatonforthepaperculuralelics inthecolletionsofShandongProvince.Then,measuressuchasbuildingmulti-dimensional talentcultivationsystem,optimiing theresourceallocationsystem,improvingthegadingandvalueevauation,comprehensivelycayingouttheacidificationegationofpapercuturalrelics,strengthningteresearchonthedacidificationprotectionofpaperculturalrelic,ndstrengtheningfinancialsupportandpolicyinclinationareputforward,aiming toprovidestrongsupportfortheprotetionandiheritacef paper cultural relics and promote the development of cultural relics protection work.
