Abstract：SiwuDecoctionisaclasicformulafortonifyingthebloodandactivatingbloodcirculationandischaracteredbyits abilitytotonifythebloodwithoutleavingstasisand promotebloodcirculation withoutharming thevitalenergyofthebody.Itis widelyusedinclinicalpracticeforthetreatmentofvariousconditionsrelatedtoblooddeficiencyandpoorbloodcirculation，such asanemia，menstrualdisorders，anddysmenorhea.Theliverisresponsibleforgoverning thefreeflowofQiandstoingblod，and abnormalitiesin liver functionareasociatedwithvariousacuteandchronic liver injuries.SiwuDecoctioncanrestore liver homeostasis bytonifyingtheblood，activating bloodcirculation，nourishingtheblood，andsoothing thliver.Basedoitsunique prescription formulationand multiple pharmacological mechanisms，Siwu Decoction has becomean important prescription for enhancinglivermicrocirculation，facilitatinghepatocyterepairandregeneration，andallviatingliverinjury.Thisarticlereviews theefectand mechanismofSiwuDecoctioninthe preventionandtreatmentofvarious liver injuries（includingalcoholic liver disease，nonalcoholicfattliverdisease，onalcohlicfatyliverdiseaseliverfirosis，andlivercihosis）anddicusesisting problems and future research directions.
