Abstract：Cholestaticliver disease（CLD）encompassesarangeofacuteandchronicdisorderscharacterized byimpairedbile formationand/orflow.Ifleftuntreated，itmayprogresstocirhosisandevenliverfailure.Inrecentyears，withthedevelopentof molecularbiologandomicstechologies，thediagnosisandtreatmentofCLDareenteringtheeraofprecisionmedicine.Thisarticle reviewstheadvances inthediagnosisofCLDbasedongenetictestingandomicsbiomarkersandsummarizes thelateststudiesand clinicaltrialsodropilicbilecid，Xagonst，PARagonst，antibiotics，ndovelmoleculesinargetedterapyfoIn thefuture，integratingoicsdatandimplementingindividualizeddiagnosisandtreatmentwillbeteaindirectionsinprecision medicine forCLD.This articleaims toprovideareferenceforbasicresearch and clinicaltranslation inthefieldof CLD.

胆汁淤积性肝病（cholestatic liverdisease，CLD）是一类由胆汁形成、分泌和/或排泄障碍引起的肝脏疾病，其主要特征是胆汁酸和其他毒性代谢物在肝内积聚，造成胆管细胞和肝细胞损伤[1]。（剩余10756字）
