Abstract：RecentlyBritishSocietyofGastroenterologyhaspublishedtheguidelinesonthe managementofautoimmunehepatitis （AIH）.The guidelines provide guidanceforthediagnosisand managementofpatientswithAIHandoverlapsyndromebyreviewing andsummarizingexistingclinical evidence.Theguidelines mainlyfocusonAIinadults，butitisalsoaplicable toadolescents and older children.This article presents an excerpt of the recommendations from the guidelines.
