Abstract:Primarylivercancerisoneof themostcommonmalignanttumorsofthedigestivesystem,anditsmorbidityandmortality ratesareincreasing yearbyyear.Recent studieshaveshown that circadian clockgenedisordersarecloselyasociated with the developmentandprogresiooflivercaner,hichprovidesanwperspectivfotheprevention,iagosistreament,andprogois of livercancer.Inadition,targetingcircadianclockgenesalsoshowsacertainclinicalapplicationpotentialinthetreatmentof cancer.Thisarticlereviewsthelatestresearch advances in theroleofcircadianclock genes in the pathogenesis,prevention, treatment,andprognosisoflivercancer,inordertoprovidenewideasfortheclinicaldiagnosisndtreatmentoflivercancer.
