Introduction of LIAN Zhiming's Experience in Treating Postcholecystectomy Syndrome Based on Theory of Gallbladder Qi Ascending in Spring

Abstract：Postcholecystectomy syndrome （PCS）primarily involves the liver，galbladder，spleen，and stomach. Itspathogenesisiscloselyrelatedtothegalbladder qi ascending in spring.After cholecystectomy，theascending function of gallbladder qi is compromised，leading to liver-gallbladder qi stagnation，spleen stomach disharmony， gallbladder-stomach incoordination，and liver-spleenimbalance，manifestingasabnormal bileexcretionand gastrointestinal dysfunction.Basedon the theory of galbladder qi ascending inspring，Professor LIAN Zhiming emphasizes restoring theascendingfunctionof galbladderqi to regulate theqi movementof liver-gallbladder-spleenstomach systems and harmonizeqi-blood：sothing the liver and promoting gallbladdertouplift yangqi，softening the liverand strengthening thespleento harmonize qi-blood，regulating thestomach andwarming thegalbladder to normalize qi movement，and using modified Wendan Decoction，with significant clinical efficacy.
