Abstract：Chief Chinese medicine Physician MA Dazheng believes that the etiology and pathogenesis of obesityrelated nfertilityarethedamageof spleenandstomachcause byirregulardiet，emotional distress，andotherfactors， leading to spleen deficiencyand impaired transportation，liverqi stagnation，and yangqi insuficiency.These conditions ultimatelyresult inabnormal fluid metabolism within the body，causing water-dampnessto accumulate and transform intophlegm-dampnessPhlegm-dampness may eitherobstruct internallyor transform into heat overtime， congesting the uterus and leading to infertility.During the treatment，itis typically categorized into three types：dampheat accumulation，phlegm-turbidityobstruction，and yang deficiency with internal retentionof water-dampness. Corresponding treatment methods include clearing heat and removing dampness，unblocking the bowels and expeling turbidity，strengthening the spleen and promotingqi，resolving phlegm and removing dampness，warming yang and transforming qi，and strengthening the spleen and removing dampnes.The primary prescriptions used are Fangfeng Tongsheng Powder，Cangfu Daotan Decoction and Linggui Zhugan Decoction，with modifications basedonthe patient's condition，yielding significant therapeutic effects.
