Introduction of LI Jian's Experience in Differentiating and Treating Non-lnfective Fever After Hip Arthroplasty

Abstract：This paper introduces ProfessorLI Jian's clinical experience in diferentiating and treating non-infective feverafterhiparthroplasty.ProfesorLIJian holds thatnon-infective feverafterhiparthroplastybelongs tothecategory of interalinjury feverintraditional Chinese medicine.Itspathogenesis is mainlyrelatedtosurgical traumaconsumingqi and blood，blood stasis obstruction，and damp-heat accumulation，etc.During treatment，it is necessry to baseon thediferentiationofqi，blood，yinand yang to identifythesourceof "deficiencyintheroot".Atthesame time， attentionshould be paid to the treatmentof local blood stasis obstruction atthe surgical siteand concurrentsymptoms to achieve the effectof treatingboth therotand branch.Commonlyused prescriptions include Yiqi Huoxue Prescription， Yangyin QingrePrescription，Qingre Qushi Prescription，etc.Meanwhile，the importance of early functional exercise and psychological counseling after surgery is emphasized.
