Introduction of Jl Yunxi's Experience in Differentiating and Treating Infertilitywith Yang-Reinforcing and Yin-Expelling Method

Abstract：This paper introduces Professor JIYunxi's clinical experience in diferentiatingand treating infertility byapplying theyang-reinforcingandyin-expelling method.Professr JIYunxiholds thatthecorepathogenesisof infertility is yang deficiency and yin excess.Therefore，he proposes that the yang-reinforcing and yin ⋅- expelling method servesas the fundamental treatmentfor infertity."Yang reinforcement"aims tosupport yangqi，with supplementing kidneyyangas the foundation，warming spleen yang as the adjuvant，and reinforcing heart yang tocalm ministerial fire as the principle."Yin expeling" refers to eliminating pathogenicfactors（predominantlyyin pathogens），emphasizing the transformationof yin intoyang.It mainly focusesondispellingcold-damp，whilealsoaddressing other stagnant pathogens such as phlegm-damp，blood stasis，andqi stagnation.In clinical practice，the balance of yinand yang is carefuly assssed，addressing boththerootand thebranchto warm theuterine cavityforqi-blood generation，unblock the uterine cavity to eliminate cold-damp，and achieve yin-yang harmony for successful conception.
