Introduction of WAN Peng's Experience in Treating Pulmonary Nodules Based on the Theory of Latent Pathogens and Six Meridian Syndrome Differentiation

ZHOU Yuhao，LIU Wenhua，LIQiao，ZHANGXin Instructor： WAN Peng Chongqing HospitaloftheFirstAfiliated HospitalofGuangzhou UniversityofChineseMedicine，Chongqing 4o7oo，China Abstract：This paper introduces Professor WAN Peng's clinical experience in treating pulmonary nodules by integrating the theoryof latent pathogens with six meridiansyndrome diferentiation.Professor WANPeng believes that theessence of pulmonary nodules is latent pathogens，with the core pathogenesis being "dysfunction of the Shaoyang pivotandlatentpathogens lodginginthe Taiyin."Thus，the Shaoyang-Taiyinaxis iscruialforlatentpathogen-induced diseases.He proposes the general principleof "regulating the Shaoyang to expel latent pathogens and strengthening the Taiyin toconsolidate thefundamental origin."Combined withconstitution syndrome diferentiation，he puts forwarda dynamic perspective on syndrome diffrentiation of six meridians transmission and constitution transformation.Through diferentiating constitution，disease，and meridians，the treatment aims to intercept the disease course and achieve good effect.
