Abstract：Thisarticle introduces Professor YUAN Qing's clinical experience in treating pediatric flaccidity syndrome basedonthe theoryof"consolidating the foundationand cultivatingtheoriginalqi".Professor YUAN believes thatthecorepathogenesisof pediatric flacciditysyndrome lies in thedeficiencyand impairment of original qi.The treatment should focus on strengthening the spleen，boosting the kidney，consolidating the foundation and cultivating the original qi，andthe supplementationof both congenital and acquiredaspects isemphasized.In clinical practice， theprimary acupoint selections include the flaccidity three needles，yin three needles，and yang three needles， supplemented with musk moxibustion to warm the meridians and unblock collaterals.Additional acupoints are modified according to the patient's specific symptoms.
