Introduction to WU Biao's Experience in Treating Liver Cancer Based on Theory of "Deficiency Leading to Accumulation"

Abstract：This article introduces Professor WU Biao's clinical experience in treating liver cancer based on the theory of "deficiency leading to accumulation."Profesor WU Biao believes that"deficiencyof both liver and spleen， and impairedqi transformation" is therotcauseof liver cancer，marking theoriginof deficiency；"phlegm and blood stasis interconnection，and internal generationof turbid toxins"is the key totheprogresionof livercancer，marking the formationofaccumulation.Professor WUemphasizes that inthe treatmentoflivercancer，both reinforcing healthyqi and eliminating pathogenic factors shouldbe given equal importance.Guidedbythe theoryof "deficiencyleading to accumulation，"the treatment should focus on regulating the liver and spleen，restoringqi transformation functions， whileresolving phlegm，removing blood stasis，and clearing turbid toxins，therebyachieving a comprehensive treatment of both the symptoms and the root cause.
