Design and Application of a Scientific and Technological Achievements Transformation Platform in the Context of BigData —Taking Jining's Comprehensive Science and Technology Information Service Platform as an Example

Abstract：[Objective]Inthefieldofscientificand technological innovation，there isanurgent need toaccelerate the commercializationand marketizationof scientific and technological achievements throughdigital means，thereby promoting thedeepintegrationof technologyandtheeconomy.[Methods]This paper takes the Jining City'sComprehensive Science and Tecnology Information Service Platform as the research subject. By analyzing the platform's role in technology supply-demand matching，resource integration，andservice innovation，the paper summarizes itsdesign highlights and implementationpathways.[Results]The studyexplores the design logic，functional architecture，standardizedconstruction， andoperational modelsof technologyachievementtransformationplatforms inthecontextofbigdata.Itisanimportant measureto advance achievement transformationamid therapid developmentofthedigitaleconomy.Conclusion]The study findsthatinformationplatformsbasedonbigdatastandardizationcaneffectivelyenhancetheeficiencyofscientificand technologicalachievementtransformation，optimizetheallcationofregionalinovationresources，andprovidesportfor high-quality economic development in local areas.
