Enhancing China's Industrial International Competitiveness through Standard Institutional Opening Up

Abstract：Objective]TfectivelyeanetheinteratioalcompetitivensofCina’sindustriesitisssentiatoeploe pathways that leverage both strengths and weaknesses through strategies of high-level institutional openingup.[Methods] Grounded in thetheoriesofcomparativeand competitive advantage，this study examines the evolutionof China’s high-level opening up model andanalyzes theconnotationand operational mechanisms ofstandard institutional opening up.[Results] Drawing onthe relevant experiences and practices ofEuropeand the United States，the study proposes targeted policy recommendations toenhance China’sindustrialcompetitiveness through standardinstitutionalopeningup.[Conclusionrom the perspectivesofinstitutionaldualcirculation，dualcirculationofindustryandstandardization，andtheestablishmentof early warning mechansms，thestudyofersareference frameworkforstrengthening China’sinternational industrialdiscourse power.
