（1.College of Economics and Management， China Jiiang University;2.China Association tor Standardization） Abstract：[Objective]This studyaimstoexplore theevolutionarypaternsandthematiccharacteristicsofChina’sassociation standard policiesover thepast decade，withthegoalof providing theoretical supportfortheimprovementofassociation standard governance.[Methods]Focusingonnational-and industry-level association standard policies issued between2015 and 2024，thisresearch integrates the CiteSpace visualizationand the Latent Dirichlet Allcation （LDA）topic model.It analyzes theevolution of associationstandard policies from three dimensions： policycoverage，issuing bodies，and thematic content.Furthermore，deepsemantic mining is employed toextractthecore thematicframeworkof thepolicy texts.Results] Theanalysis identifes threedistinctdevelopmental phases intheevolutionofasociationstandardpolicies.Italsoconstructs a four-dimensional thematic framework encompassing collaborative governance，industrial practice，implementation

mechanisms，and value orientation.[Conclusion] Based on the findings，the study proposes policy recommendations toenhance top-levelpolicydesign，establishcross-sectoralcoordinationmechanisms，anddevelopevaluationsystems forassociation standard policies.These recommendationsaim to support the precise implementationand high-quality development of association standards and related governance systems.
