摘 要：食品检验检测技术是确保我国食品安全的重要技术手段。在食品检验工作中，样品的有效管理是实验室能够顺利开展检验检测的前提和保障，对提高食品检验检测结果的有效性和准确性发挥了重要作用。本文从样品抽样、接收、管理等方面对样品管理中出现的问题进行分析，以确保检验检测结果准确可靠。

Analysis of Sample Management Issues and Countermeasures in Food Inspection and Testing

Abstract： Food inspection and testing technology is an important technical means to ensure food safety in China. In food inspection work， effective management of samples is a prerequisite and guarantee for the laboratory to smoothly carry out inspection and testing， and plays an important role in improving the effectiveness and accuracy of food inspection and testing results. This article analyzes the problems that arise in sample management from the aspects of sample sampling， reception， and management to ensure the accuracy and reliability of experimental results.
