摘 要:安全问题是制约预制食品发展的主要因素之一,预制食品生产过程的安全控制是保证预制食品安全的第一道防线。本文主要探究预制食品生产过程各环节的安全风险与控制措施,预防生产过程的安全问题,以期为预制食品安全控制与研究提供理论指导。

Safety Risks and Control Measures in the Production Process of Prefabricated Food

Abstract: Safety problem is one of the main factors restricting the development of prefabricated food. The safety control of prefabricated food production process is the first line of defense to ensure the safety of prefabricated food. This paper mainly explores the safety risks and control measures of each link in the production process of prefabricated food, and prevents the safety problems in the production process, in order to provide theoretical guidance for the safety control and research of prefabricated food.
