摘 要:文章以某铁路车辆段客车轴温报警器为研究对象,深入分析了引起报警器误报的主要原因,包括传感器故障、通信异常和电磁干扰等问题,并在此基础上提出了包括建立状态检测平台、定期开展抗干扰检测、优化传感器布置、完善安装工艺等在内的故障预防和优化方法,为提高轴温报警器可靠性提供了可行的思路和对策。

Analysis of False Alarm Faults in Railway Passenger Car Axle Temperature Alarm Devices

Abstract:This paper focuses on the axle temperature alarm devices used in a railway passenger car depot, conducting an in-depth analysis of the primary causes of false alarms, including sensor failures, communication abnormalities, and electromagnetic interference. Based on these findings, the study proposes fault prevention and optimization methods such as establishing a condition monitoring platform, conducting regular anti-interference tests, optimizing sensor placement, and improving installation processes. These measures provide viable approaches and strategies for enhancing the reliability of axle temperature alarm devices.
