Abstract:Asrenewableenergyacountsforagrowing percentage,powersystemstabilityandFMcapabilityare facing challnges,andbateryenergystoragehasecomeanimportantMresource,butthetraditionalstrategyisdificulttobalance systemstabiltyandeconomicbenefisInthispaper,weproposeabateryenergystorageFMstrategybasedoncapacity compensationimingtoimproveitsoperationalsecurityandeconomy.Thispaperconstructsabaterystorageenergychargngand dischargingmodelconsideringpower,capacityandcharging/dischargingefciencyconstraints,andestablishesanoptimizationmodel combinedwiththeFMojective;forteandomnessoftheFMsignal,anpportunityconstraintmetodisintroducedtoodelthe frequencydeviationsignalasarandomvariable,whichistransformedintoasecond-orderconicplaningproblemtoensurethe computationalaccracyandfeasibility;thevalidityofthestrategyisverfiedthroughaMATLABsimulationcase,andthestrategy isanalyzedforthediferentcharginganddischargingrates.Theresultsshowthatthestrategysignificantlyimprovestheefciency ofthecharginganddischargingprocessTheresultsshowthatthestrategysignificantlyimprovestheeconomicbenefitsofbttery energystorageandreducestheriskofcapacityoverun;increasingthecharginganddischargingratecanfurtherimprovethe frequencyregulationgainandtheregulationcoeficientwitoutincreasingthecost,whichprovidestheoreticalsupportforthe operationoffrequencyregulationof energystorageandopens upanew direction forthestudyof power systemstabilization.
