Abstract:Aimingat theproblemsofexcessverepirandunderepairinwhllathingofhavyhaulrailayfreightcarsadigital preciselathing modelisproposedthroughresearchonwheewearlawsanddataanalysis.Themodeltakestheminimumlathingamount asthemainoptimzationgoalonsiderfctorssuchaswheelizeparameterlimitsandwearlimitsasonstraints,andsearchsforte bestrimthicknslathingtemplatethoughiterativesearh.Troughositetestingitiserifidthattheproosedpreiseugodel canachievetheminimumtuingvolumewhileensuingthelimitofwheesizeapplication,fectivelyavoidover-repairandunderrepair,and ensure the safetyand economy of whel operation and maintenance of heavy-duty railway freight cars.
