Abstract:Thecurrent globalenergysituationistense,andphotovoltaicnewenergyisgraduallbeingvaluedasarenewable energysource.PolySimhasusedforalongtimeinthesimulationofthereduction furnaceprocessintheproductionofmulticrystalinesilicon,whichhasplayedacertainguidingroleintheprocessoptimizationthereductionfurnace.Thispaperfirst preciselyconstructsacompletereactionmodelofthereductionfurnacereactor,combinesthereactionmodelwiththethreedimensionalPolySimsoftwaremodel,exploresthereactionpathofthereductionfurnace,andverifesthesimulationresults through actual production.The density ratio of the final polysilicon product is increased by 15% on average,and the production rate of silicon rods is increased by 10kg/h ,which has high industrial reference value.
