Abstract：Inthecontextofdigitaltransformationandintellgentdevelopment，digitallyintellgentbuildingsarepromoting profoundchangesinurbanandruralspatialgovermancemodelsandindustrialforms.Thisresearchsystematicallyexploresthe technicalsystem，enablingmechanismandinovativeaplicationpathsofdigitalandinteligentbulding，evealingitskeyole inruralrevitalization，lowaltiudeconomyandtheultivationofewproductivityResearchhassownatdigitallieliet buildingsrealizedata-drivenandinteligentresponsethroughouttheentirelifecycleofthebuilding，significantlyimprovingspace governanceeficiencyandresourcealocationlevel.Digitalsmartbuildingswillbedeeplyintegratedwithtechnologiessuchas robotsandblockchaintopromotetheecologicaltransformationofteconstructionindustryintoadata-drivenindustrialindustry.
