纳米二氧化硅改性碳纤维水泥基复合材料的界面性能研究

Abstract:Theinterfacial propertiesofnano-silicamodifiedcarbon fibercement-basedcompositeswereinvestigatedby comparativetestmethod.Usingordinarycarbonfiberasthebasicmaterial,nano-silicamodfedcarbonfiberwasobtainedaftera seriesoftreatmentssuchassurfacecoatingremovalandnitricacidoxidation.Samplesweremadeofcarbonfiberand modified carbonfiberrespectivelyandsubjectedtomonofilamentpull-outtests.A"oad-displacement"relationshipcurvewasdrawbased onthetestdata.Thetestresultsshowthatcomparedwiththeunmodifiedcarbonfiber,thedebondingloadofcarbonfiber modifiedwithnano-slicaissignificantlygreaterunderthesamedisplacement,indicatingthatthemodifiedcarbonfiberhas strongerinterfacialstrength.Theinterfacemorphologyoftheunmodifiedcarbonfiberandthemodifiedcarbonfibercement-based compositewasobservedusingascaningelectronmicroscope.Underthelens,itwasclearlyseenthatanumberofcement hydrationproductsgrewattheinterfacejunctionbetweenthemodifiedcarbonfiberandthecementmatrix,fulyfilingthe interface,idicatingthatitsbondstrengthishgher,whichisonsistentwiththeconclusionofthemonoflamentpullouttest.
