Abstract:Inresponse toissuessuchasloweficiencyinhandling massivedataandweak decisionsupportcapabilitiesin urbanrailtransitoperationmanagement,aBIsystemsoutionforrailtransitmonitoringbasedonartificialintellgenceechology isdesigned.Thesystemintegratestechnologies,suchasbigdataprocessing,dpleaing,knowledgegraph,andvisualaalysis toconstructafive-layerarchitecturethatincudesthedataacess layer,dataprocesinglayerdatastoragelayer,busineslogic layer,andaplicationdisplaylayer.Coremodulesincludeamulti-sourceheterogeneousdatafusionmodule,anST-GCN-based passengerflowpredictionmodel,equipmenthealthmanagementbasedondigitaltwins,securitymonitoringwithintegratedvideo intellgentanalysis,andadecisionsupportsystembasedonreinforcementlearning.TheintegrationofAItechnologywithheBI systemcanefectivelyaddressissuesinrailtransitoperationmanagement,enhanceintellgentmaintenancelevels,andprovide strong support for operational decisions through an analysis framework based on multi-source data fusion.
