聚丙烯纤维对碱激发矿渣-粉煤灰泡沫混凝土的性能影响研究

Abstract:Tooptimizethecomprehensivepropertiesofalkali-activatedslag-flyashfoamconcrete,sampleswithdierent fibercontentweredesignedandpreparedinthisstudy.Theinfluenceofpolypropylenefibercontentonthecompresivestrength, waterabsorptionandthermalconductivityofalkali-activatedslag-flyashfoamconcretewasstudiedthroughexperiments. Experimental studieshaveshownthataddingappropriateamountsof polypropylenefibercanimprovethemechanicalproperties, penetrationresistanceandthermalinsulationpropertiesofalkali-activatedfoamconcreteWiththeincreaseof polypropylenefiber content,itscompressvestrengthfistincreasesandthendecreases,anditswaterabsorptionandthermalconductivityboth decrease first and then increase.When the fiber content is 1% ,the28-day compressive strength reaches the maximum value of 7.68 MPA,and the water absorption drops to the minimum value of 16.9% .When the fiber content is 0.5% ,the minimum thermal conductivity is 0.1051W/(m·K).
