海水养殖尾水总氮的测定方法优化与应用研究

Abstract:Thisstudyoptimizedthedeterminationmethodoftotalnitrogen(TN)inmarineaquaculturetail waterand proposedanonlinemonitoringmethodbasedonhigh-temperaturedigestionofalkalinepotassiumpersulfateandreductionof vanadiumtrichloride.Theaccuracy,precision,andenvironmentalfriendlinessofthemethodwereverifiedbycomparingitwith thenationalstandardmethodGB/T17378.4—2007"MarineMonitoring SpecificationPart4:SeawaterAnalysis".Experimental results show that the method has high sensitivity(detection limit is 0.055mg/I ),goodreproducibility(RSDis 2.23% )and high spike recovery (90.86%~107.44 % ).In addition,salinity has litle impact on the measurement results and is suitable for continuous monitoringoftotalnitrogeninmarineaquaculturetailwater.Thisstudyprovidestechnicalsupportfortherapiddetectionand scientific management of marine aquaculture tail water.
